Therapy for NICU Parents and Families
You’re carrying more than most people know.
As a therapist with over a decade of experience supporting NICU families, I understand the emotional weight of this journey. Perhaps your baby arrived earlier than expected, is facing a diagnosis like HIE (Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy), or requires advanced interventions such as ECMO. Maybe you're navigating a rare genetic condition like Trisomy 21 or another complex medical need. No matter the circumstances, being in the NICU can feel disorienting, isolating, and overwhelming.
Your story matters
Having worked closely with countless NICU parents — in one of the nation’s top Level IV NICUs — I’ve learned that every family’s journey is unique, and every emotion is valid. NICU parenting often means walking the line between hope and fear, celebrating milestones while managing anxiety, and being strong for your baby while trying to hold space for your own healing.

You don’t have to carry this on your own
Therapy can be a space where you feel seen, supported, and grounded. In our work together, we’ll create room for your story — while gently exploring tools to manage stress, medical trauma, grief, and the many emotional layers that come with NICU life.
